. Drive performance management through tracking of departmental KPIs and managements for individuals.
. Manage appraisal and reward process. Develop training structure to support employee development needs.
. Engineering the refinement of all existing HR policies and procedures.
. To establish team spirit and healthy company culture among all level of employees through employees relations programs, counseling, coaching and intervention professionally.
. Responsible for the smooth operations of HR in the Company according to the policy and practices;
. Implements and monitors compensation, benefits programs and packages to ensure that the company is able to attract and retain good employees;
. Indentify, plan and manage training and development activities and to ensure that all projects are implemented accordingly to the agreed scope, budget and timeline;
. Ensure adherence to all relevant employment-related legislations, HR policies, and good practice in order to minimize business risk and promote industrial harmony;
. Ensure effective administration of salary (payroll);
. To liaise with any relevant Government Departments and Local authorities eg. Labour Office, Immigration, Bomba, Police, DOE, JKKP and other relevant government bodies;
. Handle the work permit applications and renewals;
. To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
